I bought what looked like siopao.
It is(shoo-pow), but not like homemade. Its a dough bun with pork filling. Filipinos usually put other things like egg and rasins in addition to pork (or chicken), but differs from person. Something I miss eating. Also the pork is usually not in a ball in the middle, it's mixed very evenly in the filling so you aren't just chomping into a ball of pork and that's it. So these really are not like homemade at all. hahaha
